The newly upgraded 4000-ton full-automatic hot die forging production line has been officially put into formal operation at SMARTLAND’s manufacturing base. Compared with traditional equipment, the new production line features higher forging pressure, more stable temperature control, higher forming precision and lower material loss. It is specially designed for manufacturing large, complex and high-strength aluminum alloy forged parts widely used in new energy vehicle chassis, automobile suspension systems, industrial machinery and automation equipment. The new equipment significantly improves production efficiency, enhances surface finish and mechanical performance of forgings, and strengthens the company’s ability to undertake high-precision, large-scale and customized forging projects.
